Further to an earlier blog post, two more moose have been harvested by Nain hunters this past weekend.

Eric Webb and Garnet Blake are the latest to claim their moose.

They both made their kill on Fourth Pond, which is just outside of the community.

Both moose were male, weighed around 800 pounds each and had 13-point antlers.

The hunters said there appeared to be tracks from other moose in the area as well.

Three licenses still remain for the community.

No moose licenses have been used in the other Nunatsiavut communities to date.
